DFX Studio provides website design and development services for businesses, including business websites, online stores, booking systems, custom web applications, website redesigns and website maintenance. The pages on this site describe these services in general terms; the exact deliverables for any project are defined in that project's proposal.

Submitting an enquiry through this website, including through WhatsApp, is a request for information, not a contract, and does not oblige you or DFX Studio to proceed. Prices shown on this website are starting prices, not guaranteed final quotations.

A project begins only when both parties have agreed a written proposal covering scope of work, deliverables, timeline and payment terms. Only the features and work listed in the agreed scope are included; anything outside that scope is quoted separately before work begins.

Payment terms, including any deposit, milestones and final payment, are set out in each project's individual proposal. Work commences once the proposal is accepted and any agreed initial payment has been received. Domain registration, hosting, paid external services, transaction fees and content production may cost extra unless expressly included in your quotation.

Maintenance and care services cover the updates, fixes and small changes agreed in your care arrangement. They do not include new features, redesign work or external costs unless expressly stated. Response times and coverage limits are defined in the individual agreement.

Ownership of designs, code and content for each project is determined by that project's individual agreement. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, draft concepts and unused concepts remain the property of DFX Studio, and materials you supply to us remain your property. You confirm that you have the right to use any text, images or other materials you provide for your project.

Websites we build may rely on external services such as WhatsApp, payment providers, hosting platforms, domain registrars and analytics tools. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. DFX Studio is not responsible for the availability, pricing changes or policies of external services.

The Havenstone Properties and Velora Studio pages on this website are fictional demonstrations of our design and development work. All listings, prices, services, availability and booking flows shown in them are illustrative only and do not constitute real offers, and no real transactions or bookings can be made through them.

This website is provided in good faith and we aim to keep it accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, DFX Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing on this website constitutes legal, financial or professional advice.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to use of the website; signed project agreements are unaffected unless both parties agree otherwise.
