Your information
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information DFX Studio collects through this website, why we collect it, how it is stored and the control you have over it.
What we collect
When you use our project enquiry form, we ask for your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, an approximate budget range and a short description of your project. Your business name is optional. We also record your confirmation that we may use these details to respond to you.
We do not ask for passwords, payment card details or identity documents through this website.
Why we collect it
We use the information you submit for one purpose: to understand your project and respond to your enquiry, usually by preparing a quotation or continuing the conversation on WhatsApp. We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers or use it for marketing lists.
How your enquiry is stored
Enquiry records are stored securely using Lovable Cloud, the managed backend service that powers this website. Access to saved enquiries is restricted to authorized DFX Studio administrators, who must sign in to view them. The database is protected by rules that control access to each enquiry, so your details are not publicly readable.
How the WhatsApp handoff works
After your enquiry is saved, your browser opens WhatsApp with a prepared message containing the details you entered. Nothing is sent automatically. You review the message and press send yourself. If you choose not to send it, your enquiry record remains saved so we can still respond.
WhatsApp is a external service operated by Meta. When you send a message through WhatsApp, that conversation is governed by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy, which we encourage you to read.
Fictional demo websites
The Havenstone Properties and Velora Studio pages are fictional demonstration websites. Their forms and booking flows are simulations: nothing you enter there is saved, sent or shared.
Technical data and cookies
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not profile visitors.
To protect the enquiry form from automated spam, we record how long the form was open before submission and apply a limit on how many enquiries one email address can send per hour. This technical information is used only for abuse prevention.
The private administrator area uses browser storage to keep an administrator signed in. This is not used for ordinary visitors.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. To make a request, contact us through the enquiry form and mention that your message is about your personal information. We will confirm once your request has been completed.
Changes to this policy
If the way we handle information changes, we will update this page. The policy applies to information collected through this website only.
